There are two ways to check bank balance using WhatsApp Payments feature. So let's try to know both the methods in a step by step process:
first way
- Step 1 - Go to Payments on the WhatsApp mobile app and search for the bank account from the list of linked accounts.
- Step 2 - After selecting the bank account, click on the option of View Account Balance.
- Step 3 - Enter your UPI PIN to authenticate using the Bank Account Service.
- Step 4 - Once you have entered the UPI PIN, you will be able to see the balance in your bank account that appears on the screen.
second way
In this way, users sending money to other accounts can check their balance while doing so.
- Step 1 - For this, first of all, you have to go to the payment notification on your WhatsApp mobile app.
- Step 2 - After that choose your preferred method of payment.
- Step 3 - Then go to the option of View Account Balance.
- Step 4 - Select the relevant account from the list of your linked bank accounts.
- Step 5 - Then confirm by entering your UPI PIN.
- Step 6 - After this you will see the balance in your bank.
